The Zielstatt Quartier

The perfect symbiosis of work, life & inspiration

The ZielstattQuartier is situated in the upcoming area of München-Sendling. Shaped by its Bauhaus-style campus it covers an area of approx. 50,000 sq.m and stands on the former site of the companies Carl Lipp, Zyma and Novartis Consumer Health. It is right next to the Wacker-Chemie Scales.

The location is compelling with its proximity to Munich city centre, at the same time offering excellent transport connections, coupled with a dynamic environment offering a variety of uses.
Sendling is one of the fastest-developing districts in Munich. Current projects, such as the »Viva Südseite« with more than 1,000 apartments and businesses, the newly-built Leonardo Hotel and the extensive new development along Hofmannstraße, with a planned investment of a billion Euros, all reaffirm the attraction of Sendling.

The area also remains to this day a popular location for the pharmaceutical industry. This is also endorsed by the long-term commitment and tenancy of Daichii Sankyo, with around 300 employees.
